Description:
Exclusive Jade Rivera Museum Product.
Picoy is part of Jade Rivera's Art Toys collection / Exclusive open series
The piece is inspired by the early years of the artist's career during his love for the Street Art style. Picoy, being a name invented by Jade himself, is a zoomorphic being that is half human and half animal. It represents that connection with what is natural that human beings have and that sadly each time this organic connection ends up being forgotten in our society. The sculpture invites the viewer to reflect on how if people were more empathetic with nature, they would create sensitive citizens. Picoy carries an energy sphere which represents the gift or goal that one wants to achieve in life. It is a reminder to keep your focus on what you want to achieve and not stop until you achieve it.
